DAY ONE Travel to Barcelona. On arrival, join your private coach and Local Guide for the transfer into the city. A sightseeing tour en route to the hotel will show you the highlights; the Sagrada Familia, Montjuic Hill, the Ramblas Avenue, Plaza de Catalunya, the Olympic Port and the Old Town. There will be photo-stops along the way before you arrive at your centrally-located hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is at leisure. Dinner will be served in the hotel or at a nearby restaurant this evening.
DAY TWO Buffet Breakfast is served in the hotel. Meeting-room facilities are available this morning(theatre-style set up, basic meeting package; catering facilities and specialist equipment can be provided if required).

Gaudi's Barcelona Antonio Gaudi studied architecture in Barcelona, but remained detached from current ideas, preferring to draw on his own Surrealist imagination vividly inspired by nature. You will see several houses designed by Gaudi before his untimely death.
A Cook's Tour This tour visits some of the best shops in Barcelona for those interested in cooking; a herbalist where you can buy Spanish saffron; a kitchenware shop for omelette pans and oil jars; the central market to see locally-caught fish and home-grown fruits and vegetables. Highlight of the day will be the visit to the Chocolate Museum!
This evening, Dinner will take the form of a walk around some of the best tapas bars in the city.
DAY THREE Buffet Breakfast is served in the hotel. Join one of our sightseeing tours this morning; we offer:-
Cava Country Heading southwards from Barcelona, the tour begins in Penedes, a region principally known as being the home of Cava, the Spanish sparkling wine. There are also very decent red and white still wines from French and local grape varieties. There will also be an opportunity to tour and taste at one of the larger houses, for example Codorniu, whose stunning "Modernista" winery is protected as a national monument in Spain or Freixenet, one of the great names in Spain; and a beautiful small 'artisanal' Cava firm, where visitors are always welcome.
Montserrat This morning, drive through some picturesque villages to reach Montserrat, a mountain situated 60 kms from Barcelona and which has a height of 1,235 metres. Visit the Royal Basilica with the Black Virgin image, where you can listen to the beautiful voices of the boy's choir.
Time at leisure for lunch, before rejoining your private coach for the transfer to Barcelona Airport.
